The Venue
Catalonia is a land where freely expressing who you truly are pulsates in her people’s blood and permeates her lands.
Our Odyssey Quest through this mystical land goes beyond the usual tourist track. With grace and elegance guiding our souls we’ll travel in chauffeur-driven coaches, participate in soul-evolving ceremonies and workshops, discover deeper parts of ourselves, and have plenty of free time to relax, shop and just simply be.
Catalonia perfectly provides the container and backdrop for a profoundly joyous journey of self-discovery and self-actualization.
About the Mystical Catalonia Odyssey Quest
We’ll begin our adventure in the beautiful, eclectic city of Barcelona, home of the magnificent architecture of Antoni Gaudí, and the birthplace of the Modernist Movement.
From Barcelona, we’ll make our way to the mountain vortex of Cap de Creus, the eastern-most point of Catalonia overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, where we’ll invoke the power of the five directions and initiate our epic adventure.
We will continue to Cadaques and tour the home of the talented master of Spanish surrealism, Salvador Dalí, where we will engage with his creative spirit. Here, in this lovely seaside village, we’ll begin to notice that our soul’s story is opening up to us!
The next day we’ll experience the liberating effects of exploring the official Salvador Dalí Museum in his home town of Figueres. This visit will perform an immediate and powerful “re-set” on the way you view your life and possibility!
After lunch we’ll make our way to the medieval village of Besalú, where the village Spirit Guides promised Daniel: “We will provide a place for your group to play, adventure, and explore!
The following day, making our way to the legendary El Camino de Santiago, we’ll stop in Zona Volcànica to explore Fageda d’en Jordá – a beautiful, enchanted forest where your spirit guides and totems will come to meet you through a special, empowering ceremony.
After reveling in a traditional Catalan lunch, we’ll move on to one of the most profound experiences of our Odyssey Quest—walking a portion of the mystical pilgrim’s path, El Camino de Santiago.
Continually traveled for over two millennia (possibly much longer), pilgrims of all faiths have walked the sacred Camino for many reasons, two of them being connecting directly and personally with Divine Spirit, and restoring your faith in yourself.
Later we’ll ascend, either by taking the cable car, the gondola, or staying on the coach, to the majestic mountain top Monastery at Montserrat (the traditional ending point of the Camino de Sant Jaume).
In this exalted place we’ll spend the next two days and nights in a conscious, altered state of being, communing and bonding with our Higher Selves and our Spirit Guides.
There we will meet the Black Madonna and possibly receive a message from her; we’ll visit the most beautiful cathedral in the world and sit in the special pew that not only knows your soul’s history but can reveal it to you; we’ll walk the Way of the Votives where our prayers will be amplified and answered; and, if we choose to, we’ll interact with other sacred beings in residence.
And we’ll have plenty of free time, too. In addition to other amenities, attractions, restaurants, and shops, Montserrat has a world class art museum on site, hiking trails to explore, profound other-worldly energy, and beautiful views. Having had so much happen for us, we will leave Montserrat and make our way back to Barcelona, where we’ll tour the city’s most well-known landmark, Gaudí’s magnificent modernist cathedral, La Sagrada Familia. Begun in 1882, and still under construction, it’s a stunning pronouncement of Catalan vision and dedication. After a special lunch, we’ll have free time to explore the city on our own (there is so much to see!) and reflect on all of our experiences. On our last night in Barcelona, we’ll gather together in one of the city’s most celebrated restaurants for a festive farewell dinner and celebration.

The Itinerary
Due to the highly interactive nature of the Mystic Catalonia Odyssey Quest, individual details may be changed to accommodate the needs of the group.
Day 1 – Oct 27
Mid-afternoon Barcelona hotel check-in. Explore this beautiful Mediterranean seaport city on your own. We will meet early evening to walk to our Welcome Dinner and Celebration (included).
Day 2 – Oct 28
After breakfast at the hotel (included), we will enjoy a gorgeous journey in our coach through Catalonia to Cap de Creus Natural Park, the most easterly point of Spain. In addition to its potent energy of creativity, this powerful location offers breathtaking vistas overlooking the Mediterranean Sea along the Costa Brava. Here we will participate in a powerful ceremony, inviting the Blessings and summoning the Wisdom of the 5 Directions. There will also be time to meditate, explore, and take in the views.
We will continue to Cadaques and tour the home of the Master of Spanish Surrealism, Salvador Dalí, where we will continue our basking in the energy of creativity.
For the remainder of the day there will be plenty of time to explore this enchanting Mediterranean village, as we begin to notice that our soul’s story is opening up to us. We will meet seaside later in the evening to enjoy a local customary beverage as we reflect on what has opened up for us during the day.
After breakfast at the hotel (included) we will take a stunning drive to Figueres where we will experience the Dalí Museum and Dalí Jewels Collection. Afterward we will have lunch in Figueres before continuing on to explore the quaint medieval village of Besalú, a hidden gem of Catalonia.
Day 3 – Oct 29

You will be given instruction on being receptive to Divine Guidance and on recognizing when Life speaks to you. The late afternoon and evening, as you explore the village, sightseeing, shopping, eating, enjoying, you will also be practicing how to receive the messages that Life is always sending to you.
We will meet briefly in the evening to share our stories and go further with our exploration.
Day 4 – Oct 30
After breakfast at the hotel (included), we will take a short drive through Zona Volcànica to Fageda d’en Jordá, a beech forest growing in an old lava flow, which took its name from a poem by Catalonian poet Joan Maragall. In this enchanting space of playful energy, you will learn to “Find Magic in the Forest”. This powerful mini-workshop will enhance your skill and practice of connecting with the multitude of ways that Life is always guiding you.
We will relish in a traditional Catalan dinar (lunch, the main meal of the day), before continuing toward Montserrat. Along the way we will disembark to experience walking the Camino de Santiago (in Catalonian, Sant Jaume) de Girona to partake of, and contribute to, the energy of centuries of pilgrims.
Afterward, we will ascend the majestic mountain of Montserrat, by the route of your choice: either Cable Car, Gondola, or staying on the coach. After settling in to our hotel we will meet for a sunset ceremony prior to dinner (included).
Days 5 & 6 - Oct 31 & Nov 1
After breakfast at the hotel (included), we will spend the next two days at Santa Maria de Montserrat Abbey in a conscious, altered state of being, immersed in the unearthly beauty and tranquility of this mountaintop sanctuary.
We will flow with the energies of the group and this sacred site as we enjoy: A 2-Day Special Workshop, “Living Life as a Spiritual Adventure”, communing with our Higher Selves and our Spirit Guides; meeting the Black Madonna and possibly receiving a message from her; visiting the most beautiful cathedral in the world and sitting in the special pew that not only knows your soul’s history but can reveal it to you; walking the Way of the Votives where our prayers will be amplified and answered; and, if we choose to, interacting with other sacred beings in residence.
And we’ll enjoy plenty of free time, too! Each day will end with dinner (included) and a special activity.
Day 7 – Nov 2
After breakfast at the hotel (included), we will board our coach to “come down from the mountain” to return to where we left a week ago, but we will truly not be the same. Upon arrival in Barcelona we will take a special guided tour of Antoni Gaudi’s Modernist Cathedral masterwork, La Sagrada Familia. After a special lunch, we’ll have free time to explore the city on our own.
Day 8 – Nov 3
After breakfast at the hotel (included), you will have a day of your own making (we will have plenty of suggestions, of course) to explore this European gem that is the capital of Catalonia, Barcelona. There promises to be an outing or two that will be led by Sheilaa and/or Daniel for you to join if you’d like.
For our final night n Barcelona together, we’ll gather in one of the city’s most celebrated restaurants for a festive Farewell Dinner and Celebration.
Day 9 – Nov 4
After breakfast at the hotel (included), The Mystical Catalonia Odyssey Quest will conclude with many hugs and heartfelt “see you soon’s”. For those who have more time in Barcelona before they head home, suggestions for places-to-see and things-to-do will be provided.

Flights

You must arrive at the hotel in Barcelona no later than 5:00pm local time October 27, 2018 to ensure participation in all events.
